Who is this for?
Parents/guardians and teens (12+) looking for time away together, balancing fun, relaxation, and practical tools for wellbeing.
Do I have to meditate?
No :) there will be some short sessions as an introduction to mindfulness, and whilst many people find these sessions surprisingly helpful they are totally optional.
Can my teen revise?
I’d love this to be a step away from the classroom entirely for your child, but, there is a calm study space for revision if needed.
How do we get there?
Porthcothan Bay is 5 hours from the M25 by car. Newquay Airport is 20 minutes away and pickup can be arranged.
