One-to-one sessions designed to support teenagers in navigating stress, anxiety, and life’s challenges. Together we focus on building confidence, emotional resilience, and a positive sense of self.

Format & Delivery
Six one-to-one sessions, online or in-person (Newcastle). Parent check-ins included.

I have a Masters in teaching mindfulness to reduce stress, improve wellbeing, and enhance performance. I am also an L5 (IML) trained coach working closely with people to help surface authenticity and purpose and drive positive change. I have a particular passion for supporting teenagers and their parents, and those navigating life’s crossroads.
